Professor Kanheman is an Emeritus Professor at Princeton. He started his research at a young age. The influence of Paul Meehl was decisive. It is better to have a simple formula, than to bring human judgement for some complex problems. It seems that the success of Physics can be understood with more than just the old argument that this discipline only studies simple phenomena. Simple methods for simple problems, has advanced with the work of Kanheman and Meehl, to simple methods for complex problems.
I am considering a new scientific method which uses computers and mathematics to explain prior scientific success, and to start a new era for science.
I am in the middle of reading Thinking, Slow, and Fast. I strongly recommend this book by Nobel Prize winner Kahneman.
